Michael Hotka's
Req. #32 - Mare Nectaris Observation

Observe on Lunar Day (after New Moon): 5 or 18

Lunar Day Seen: 18

Date/Time: 11/22/2021 21:19 Local Time

Location: 1425 Snowberry Lane, Broomfield, CO

Seeing: VG

Transparency: 5

Instrument Used: 8" f/6 Newtonian Telescope

Magnification: 203x

Estimated Lunar Epoch: Nectarian

Actual Lunar Epoch: Nectarian

Reasoning/Description: Nectarian Epoch started with the formation of this basin. Lava filled in later. Has many older craters around edge and lots of smaller, younger craters also. Tried to get lava shading I see on drawing. Can see maybe part of the rim wall on lower east side. Very young, small craters on lava basin near top left edge. Very nice.
