Michael Hotka's
Delta Cephei Variable Star Observations

I watched Delta Cephus go through a cycle during the Okie-Tex Star Party. My first 3 readings were of the wrong star in Cephus. I wondered why after the 3rd reading the magnitude had not changed and realized I was on the wrong corner of Cephus. So I continued my observations after I returned home.

I made my observations using my 8x50 binoculars. The two comparison stars were close by and in the same field of view.
