Michael Hotka's
1994 VA1 Asteroid Observation
Observed on 1/5/2017 using the Gemini Sierra Stars Telescope, in the Winer Observatory, located near Sonoita, Arizona. Observatory Code 857.
The Luminus exposures were 45 seconds each and I used Snagit to make a movie from the Astrometrica aligned images.
The images were taken at 8:43, 9:12, 9:39 and 10:09 UT and shows the movement of the asteroid. The .mp4 movie can be seen by clicking here. This asteroid was extremely faint. The movie doesn't show it very well but 1 frame. I was able to do astrometry and photometry on three of four frames using Astrometrica.
